910 x 600 Oil on Canvas. A composite painting of the beaches and sandy tracks at the Sunshine Coast. An afternoon low tide where the well worn sandy track just beckons you to feel the sand between your toes, before taking a dip in the beautiful ocean. The painting has captured the stunning, clear skies and water that wintertime at the sunny coast provides, with hues of blue, green, yellow and white. Lots of footprints are imprinted in the softly coloured sand leaving a brief impression of those who have visited, until the tide flows in again. Two early posts are all that remain from a neglected fence once used to mark the boundary between the beach vegetation and the track. Coastal vegetation & trees (she-oaks and pandanus) frame the painting. This painting is a beautiful & realistic depiction of a Sunshine Coast Beach. Hope you enjoy it.
